The ABB PU512V2 (3BUR001401R1) is a Real Time Accelerator (RTA) module designed for the ABB Advant MOD 300 distributed control system. Installed in Advant Operator Stations equipped with EISA slots, the module accelerates real-time data processing and communication between the operator workstation and the MOD 300 control network, significantly improving system responsiveness and operational efficiency. It is the 16 MB version with integrated DCN support for legacy MOD 300 installations.
Engineered specifically for MOD 300 software environments, the PU512V2 provides high-speed communication and real-time processing capabilities for operator interfaces, process visualization, and industrial control applications. It remains an important spare part for maintaining and upgrading existing ABB Advant OCS installations in power generation, chemical processing, and manufacturing industries.
