The EPRO PR6423/002-001-CN is a precision eddy current proximity probe used for monitoring the mechanical condition of rotating shafts.

With an 8 mm sensor configuration, the probe is designed for non-contact measurement of the relative movement between a rotating shaft and the stationary sensor. Typical measurements include shaft displacement, eccentricity, radial movement and axial position.

The probe is commonly installed as part of an EPRO machinery protection or condition-monitoring channel. A compatible converter such as the CON021 receives the probe signal and provides the required conditioned output for the monitoring system.

The PR6423/002-001-CN is particularly suitable for applications where continuous monitoring of critical rotating machinery is required. Its applications include turbines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes and fans.

The sensor uses a stainless-steel housing, PEEK sensor tip and PTFE cable and is specified for demanding industrial temperature conditions.
