Features
The GE UR6DH Digital I/O Module is a core extended component of the GE Multilin UR series protection relay system, dedicated to digital signal acquisition and automatic control output of power systems. The module is equipped with 16 independent contact digital input channels and 6 Form-C relay digital output channels, which can fully meet the signal collection and on-site equipment linkage control requirements of various medium and low voltage power distribution systems, industrial electrical control systems.
In terms of power adaptation, the UR6DH module supports a 18VDC to 24VDC wide-range DC power supply, with stable power supply compatibility, no frequent power failure or signal loss during system voltage fluctuation, and ensures continuous and stable operation of the module. It adopts an industrial-grade hardware design, with a working temperature range of -20℃ to +60℃, adapting to harsh industrial environments such as factory workshops and outdoor power distribution stations, with strong environmental adaptability and anti-electromagnetic interference capability.
The module supports professional configuration and monitoring through GE exclusive EnerVista UR software. The software has a friendly human-computer interaction interface, which can realize one-click setting of channel parameters, real-time monitoring of input and output signal status, fault diagnosis and data recording, greatly facilitating equipment debugging, daily operation and later maintenance. In terms of communication compatibility, it supports mainstream industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, matching with various GE relay hosts and industrial control systems, realizing seamless data docking and system integration.
The UR6DH module has excellent expandability and replaceability, which can be directly compatible with the existing UR series relay equipment, quickly expand the system I/O capacity without large-scale transformation of the original system, effectively saving engineering transformation costs. Its built-in fail-safe design can automatically lock the output state and send fault prompts when the module fails or the signal is abnormal, avoiding misoperation of power equipment and improving the overall safety and reliability of the power control system.
