The GE Fanuc IC695CRU320 is a Redundancy CPU for the PACSystems RX3i platform, designed for industrial applications where controller availability and continuous operation are important.
Unlike a standard RX3i CPU, the IC695CRU320 is specifically designed for redundant controller configurations. Two CPUs can operate as an active and backup pair, with control data synchronized between the controllers.
The processor features a 1 GHz Celeron M CPU and 64 MB of user memory. It supports Hot Standby operation, allowing the backup controller to assume control when the active controller experiences a failure.
The IC695CRU320 is therefore particularly suitable for maintaining existing high-availability PACSystems RX3i installations.
